Happy anniversary! 15 amazing years!!

Today is our 15 year wedding anniversary. We did most of the celebrating yesterday, as the weather was looking to be a bit nicer.

The traditional gift for 15 years is CRYSTAL. In keeping with our tradition of doing something related to the gift of the year, we enjoyed walking along a few of the crystal beaches on the gulf coast of Florida, but the best part was stopping at Crystal Cream Rolls for some delicious rolled ice cream.

Stillhouse Hollow Falls

It's no big secret that we love waterfalls! Especially Clarinda.

There is just something about the sound of the rushing water. Whenever we decide to find a nearby hike, we are usually in search of a good waterfall as well.

We found such a hike in Tennessee when we spent an afternoon hiking to Stillhouse Hollow Falls. The waterfall was amazing and the hike was beautiful!

Mammoth Cave National Park

For more than 10 years, we dreamed of visiting the Mammoth Caves in Kentucky, so we knew it had to be the first major stop on our itinerary. We couldn't fathom heading out on another road trip, or embarking on this full-time adventure, without visiting this national park.

We definitely were not disappointed!

Our trailer has the unique ability to block WiFi as well as cellular signal. Our own personal dead zone. At times, it's definitely annoying, but lately, we have been EMBRACING IT!
